Pa De Thai - Edgewater

My favorite Thai restaurant in the area! Have ordered from them multiple times. Their Pad Thai is excellent. Always fresh, hot, made perfectly. Staff even called to confirm special request. 5 stars.

I had the spicy Pad Kee Maow (Spicy Noodle), it tasted delicious. However, the shrimp was a little suspect. One shrimp came with the head off and only the tail, another one of my shrimps were very soft and mushy. Never had shrimp that was mushy before, but besides that everything was good tasted good. Vegetables seemed fresh noodles were cooked nicely. Overall I'd give them another chance to make up for the 2 shrimps :p

Ordered the Fried Chicken Wings they were very VERY small and over fried! Not worth the money! Both Basil Fried Rice and Curry Pineapple Fried Rice had WAY too many vegetables. No balance

The appetizers were overly mushy and clearly were damaged by having no holes punched in the container to vent steam. The curry was super watery and all of the vegetables were over cooked. My usual go to Thai place was closed and this one had good reviews. I definitely will never order again.

Steamed Vegetable Dumplings don't really taste like anything, were covered in dried garlic and were spicy which was not mentioned. Pad Thai has nothing to do with true pad Thai , was pretty dry, lacking flavour and tofu was not fried. Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango was very dry, lacking coconut sauce and mango was not ripe and very thready
