The girl behind the counter has an attitude from the beginning. I wanted to see Casey. The staff was friendly, outraged and appeared as happy to be part of the human race. Ms. THING with the pink/blue/hair with bad roots, however, has basically taken the customer experience and it as if it were Charmin. I hope that their setting can be adjusted or it will be replaced by someone who knows how to define customer service and not just how to define... Duh, I stood in front of the register, mad at the world because I am a spoiled, titled rubber drop, so pay me for my precious time taken away to cut all my Barbie's hair away because it looks better with a Crewcut Hairdo, SO PAY ME! Negative! Barbie rocks the wavy hair, and... payment for bad human behavior / uncoming!
This must be one of the worst managed companies, if it ever was. Managers keep the shop under control. The food service is never able to maintain with its promised delivery times. Unfortunately, there is not enough competition in the city, and I still find myself ordering pizza here from time to time. Today I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time and they had not even begun to prepare my order. Simply miserable business practices by owners and management.
Strictly posting a review based on the quality of service from ONE employee, Kelly. It amazes me how every time I?m in the store she remembers my wrap order. She?s happy, Courteous and energetic. Never in a bad mood or has an attitude like some clerks do. Last week I called in to order a grilled Chicken wrap to pick up on my way home from work. On the phone I miss spoke and said that I wanted horseradish on my wrap. When I got to the gas station and pick it up she said ?I figured that was you that put in that order and I knew that you don?t typically like horseradish? You typically like honey mustard so I put that on the side for you instead?. Wow, way to pay attention to your customers Kelly. Very impressed with you, hope Casey?s treats you like the rockstar employee that you are.
