Edgartown Diner

It was my first time the island. My wife, 2 children and 3 nephews were recommended to taste the food in this restaurant. I wasn't exactly sure what kind of food was on the menu, because the restaurant had a 50's feeling while in New England set and owned by very far south other islanders. The server/hostess was very pleasant and very well spoken (English). She gave me some recommendations on the menu. Breakfast, lunch or dinner were all available. The kids had pancakes and pizzas. I don't remember what my wife had to eat. I asked what was best in the menu. Only then came Roulston from the kitchen to answer my question. He said he had made an idiot. I love good jerks. I asked him to be creative and I was surprised by the boy. That was the best idiot I ever had. It wasn't too spicy. I was super hot, that was one, but he promised to make it hotter. Anyway, I liked it so much that I returned the next day to find new restaurants I like. I have a tradition of Maine Style Hummer Roll. No. He gave me an idiot too. I'm a lucky guy. Ralston, the cook and the owner, as well as his staff, are just the most friendly people! Breakfast is great, even better is lunch and dinner, where you can get ribs and its fabulous corn bread that die for! If you can, make it one of the Jamaican nights for authentic Caribbean food!

A rare find in Edgartown, where delicious food and large portions meet great prices in an authentically decorated retro dining room. The staff is friendly and professional. You're welcome to find the Edgartown Diner. Look for special nights like the Caribbean night as they have led them in low season. They are fun and fantastic!.

What a wonderful little dinner and breakfast, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed a late breakfast here. I had the eggs Benedict and it was really good. Also a chicken sandwich. My husband really enjoyed that. The service is top-notch. So a pretty and wonderful little place to come and relax and enjoy a very nice meal.

I loved this place! The food was spectacular, as was the coffee. Best breakfast potatoes I've had anywhere in memory. My friend enjoyed the veggie eggs Benedict, and I devoured blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup. Service was excellent and the staff was so friendly. Wish I lived closer... I'd go all the time.
