Kona Grill Eden Prairie

We came to kona grill for their date night experience. it was a beautiful evening! our server was friendly and attentive, eating was amazing and the price for the experience was very reasonable. I would recommend it to everyone!

I came here with my boyfriend and we had a not great experience. I will say though our server was wonderful and there was no complaints there. But we got a crab crunch roll and it tasted fishy and just not good. The other food we got was alright. We got a side of mac and cheese which was good but comparable to Panera not a nice restaurant. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is very bar and grill it almost feels like a bigger and more nice Applebees. Between the ambiance and quality of food the prices here are laughable. Nothing is below $20 but the quality of it does not warrant those prices. Overall 3/10.

We waited over 1.5 hours from the time we sat down until our food arrived. They seemed extremely short staffed everywhere outside of the 4 people all working the host stand. Really no acknowledgement from the wait staff on the delay, but after voicing our concerns they did end up not charging us for 2 of the 6 entrees our group ordered. Sad to see restaurants so challenged with labor issues.

We are regulars there. We always enjoy the food, and the service is usually very good.
