Caribou Coffee - Eden Prairie

Someone has deleted my previous review, but got all fraudulent reviews up. This store is located in a private office building. Reviews that mention online order, call the store, breakfast, etc. are either made in relation to another position or completely. I actually had a drink from this place and it was great.

Unfortunately with anyone who tries to make a wrong assessment for this location. We are not open to the public, nor do we take online orders because we are not public. We don't have a phone number for someone working on Optum to give you a phone number to reach me or my shop. I'm sorry for all those who are confused. If you look at the Caribou app, you will see that we are not there because the building is not open to the public.

Good luck reaching these guys phone on corp. website is some poor person's cell phone. Well, it's not like they're a big company or anything where they'd have resources for this. Oh, wait.

Not the best caribou I've been to. Service is okay, the staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable and does not provide the best service. I'll definitely avoid this caribou from own on.

I paid for my coffee and breakfast fat 8:04 and waited in line while they were serving others, came back at 8:32 and was tol oh we will run that for you now really? This is just the worst service ever
