Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Eden Isle

The last three times I went service was horrible. Ordered appetizer and drink didn't get it until my food came. Never received the drink. Ordered a salad with purple onions they overdose with white onions. Told them I didn't like white onions on my salad. Charged me for a kids drink even though it comes with the kids meal. The time before that ordered a loaded potato without bacon.... They put EXTRA bacon on it

They're not what they use to be,honestly Cheddar's fell off really bad! Meatloaf was served too burnt,broccoli looked horrible and shouldn't have been served to any customers.

What's to say? Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, there's a bar seating, reasonable prices for food (biscuits are heavenly). It's my first choice when I eat out in that area!

Called two weeks in advance to make reservations for 20. We needed a space for readings prayers announcements etc.. Web pags says they take reservations but manager they don't I should call that day. I called the day of our lunch to be told they could seat 20 but not together. What? When I arrived they refused to seat us untill the entire group was present. It was a group of Seniors 70yo and older! there was not enough places for the elder to sit and wait. They finally squeezed us very tightly in main dining area. We could not have our normal activities due to the crowd and noise. Would NEVER recommend this place for anything! Just tell ppl up front you don't want groups!

The waiters and waitresses are so kind! The customers themselves tend to be a bit loud and rude, but the staff are so amazing! The food is great and there’s so much beauty built into this little restaurant! I’ve gotta add in the part about their signature croissants, that taste is out of this world!!
