Angel Lane Chippie - Eden

I went to this restaurant for fish and chips on a Saturday afternoon in September. The fish, chips, and peas were all delicious, and the server, who had a slight foreign accent, was very cheerful and friendly. The food here is always consistently good, and I would definitely recommend it.

I used to live in the northern area and would visit this restaurant regularly. I stopped by on my way back from a holiday in Scotland and was pleased to find that the quality of the food is still excellent. I really enjoyed the chips, jumbo battered sausage, and Irish curry sauce. Thank you for a great meal.

Decent fish and chip shop I visited yesterday evening whilst on business in Penrith. Medium cod and chips plus curry sauce generous portion and well cooked fish. Chips were perfect. Will visit again when I’m next in the area.

Tried the Angel lane chippie while i was in Penrith as i heard they had were award winning chips and fish and the award were well earned they were some of the best chips and fish i had in a long time only thing that let the place down was the staff were miserable and almost threw the call device at me i also asked for just salt on my chips and fish and got both salt and vinegar but apart from that the food was great and it is well worth checking out if you are in the area

Excellent fish chips. Fish was cooked to perfection lovey white fish crispy batter. Lovely staff definitely worth another visit
