Carlos Harley's Fresh-mex And - Eden

Wow what a surprise! A true hidden gem. I got the Harley Burger and my husband got the chimichanga. Food was amazing! Salsa was flavorful; complex, hot but, you could still taste the other flavors, like cilantro etc. Service was fast and efficient as well.

Jaren is an amazing server. very funny and very social with customers. He came over to our table and carried conversation, made jokes with us and all around was an amazing server! He checked in with us and made sure everything was good for us. The staff here is amazing! This was my first time coming here.

The bacon poppers appetizer was delicious. I had the chimichanga chicken with green sauce, black beans and rice. My youngest son had the chimichanga with shredded beef, flame thrower sauce (by request), black beans and rice and loved how it was perfectly balanced (not too much cheese or sauce). My oldest son had the Asada street tacos and they didn?t skimp at all on the bead. He enjoyed his meal as well. The staff was very friendly and our order came very quickly.

We loved the food and drinks at Carlos Harley's before, but now with the remodel, revamp, new menu, and new ownership, we were blown away. Every dish was a unique experience. Drinks were top notch. Service was friendly, fast, and helpful. Environment was welcoming.

Carlos and Harley's has gotten even better with the building remodel and upgrades on the menu! The bacon wrapped jalapenos are still there, thankfully, but they have new and delicious items too. We had the ahi tuna appetizer and for the main dishes, the stuffed portobello and seafood enchiladas. Both were full of flavor and deliciousness.
