Applebee's Grill - Eden

Waited for 10 mins to be seated at a table then waited another 20 mins but no one came. Had to get one of the waitresses that we personal know to come and get our order! This place used to be a great place to eat at! This will be my last here

Wasn't crowded, was seated promptly. Service was fast and friendly. The southwest chicken bowl was good. My daughter ordered the 6oz sirloin. It was okay

Me and my familiar experience was absolutely terrible. Our waiter took forever to even come get the order. Someone at the table asked for crispy fries and they came out stale and cold. My rice was all clumped together and not even edible. Everyone's food came out cold or room temperature. Manager was extremely rude, didn't greet us and caught an attitude when we asked to be accommodated.

I would have given 5 stars, but…I called Applebees to compliment them on the perfect cook on my steak. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. No, “one moment” or “can you hold”, she just put on hold for over 7 minutes. I called back and she was the same. Not “He’s busy, there will be a wait”. That said, I called to compliment the food. It was really good. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, but Martinsville isn’t the cuisine capital of the world. It was delicious! Beautifully cooked and seasoned. We had no need for doggy bags. Just find a new person to answer the phone

We went there this evening and I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo and my fiance ordered blackened salmon and it was perfect. Our waiter, Harold was excellent. Even our waitress from one time before came over to our table and talked to us, her name was Ava, also an excellent waitress!!! They have definitely come along ways from a year ago. Really enjoyed it!!!
