Nice employees waited on us and water ice was great

Just a bad experience there. No customer service awareness.

I went here with my son and one of my daughter to get water ice and pretzels. At 7:30 the worker put her head out the window and said she have no more water ice. how do a water ice company have no business. and they closed at 9pm. They lost my budiness.

Definitely upgraded in the recent years, they have a lot more to choose from now water ice flavor wise just like the one in Folsom

The best ice cream ever. The store is super clean. The best thing I love in this store is customer service.
