I would 've given 5 stars, however, Taco Bell needs to make their food the way it is advertised, because right now it seems like it 's false advertisement. The taste is great, but, for example, when I purchased a chicken quesadilla, you would expect it to have more than 2 tiny little pieces of chicken in it. Don 't you agree? And this is only 1 example. I could given you a dozen or more, just from my own experiences with the restaurant. We pay good money, for what should be good food, expect it to be made as advertised. I love Taco Bell, but they either need to train their employees how to correctly make their product or they need to change how they actually make advertise it. I know I 'm not the only 1 that thinks/knows this...I 'm probably just 1 of the few that calls the franchise out regarding this. So next time you purchase Taco Bell, I urge you to really look at it ask yourself, Is this really what I get, for what I paid? I know that the majority of businesses care more about their profit margin than their customers, but this type of thinking really to change! If it was me, I 'd rather have satisfied customers, who are repeat customers, than ones who are disappointed in my product never purchase it again. It might reduce your profit margin at 1st, but in the long run your profits will continue to grow not be short lived.

My son decided he didn't want a birthday party this year, but instead a family lunch at Taco Bell. It was a last minute get together. I called the night before to make sure it would be doable. The girl I spoke to was very friendly and told me that they'd be able to accommodate us. We had about 12 people. I called the next morning and gave them our order and what time we'd be there. When we got there our food was almost ready. The staff was very nice and accommodated us without any issues. The food was fresh and perfectly timed. The price couldn't have been beat! It was a great experience and the staff was professional, prepared, and the service was exceptional! The restaurant was clean and well organized. My son had a great lunch with his family for his birthday! We will definitely go back there!!

Eating is good, but there is always a long wait. You need to add Curbside pickup for mobile orders.

If you are ready to wait by the drive thru. Also be ready to find that there are missing items and/or additional items you never ordered. It has been so since they opened here first
