The Informalist - Eau Claire

Seating was a bit “close”! But thinned out over the evening. Had to ask for H2O frequently...hmmmm?

Food was good. Service wasn’t. I’ve typically been pleased with both elements, but despite the slow pace, service was poor.

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time at The Informalist and we will for sure be back! Every ounce of food was worth the price, and we were so happy with our selections

Service and staff were fine. The food was extremely average. The menu lacks anything that is special. The atmosphere lacks any kind of warmth or excitement.

My boyfriend and I went to eau Claire for the weekend and wanted a special date night. The informalist didn’t disappoint. Good food and atmosphere. Our serve was friendly but didn’t visit often. Will be back
