Little Caesars Pizza - Eau Claire

Ordered on the app and set pickup to about 45 minutes later. It wasn't ready at the specified time, and we had to wait 30 minutes. No one greeted us at the door, and we saw the workers throwing the balls in the back and leaving. The other Eau Claire site does not have these types of problems. If you want little Caesars, go to the other place.

Why even offer the pizza portal and online order if I have to sit for twenty to thirty minutes over the listed pickup time? And how can my pizza take an hour from placing it through the app, and they give me a cold overcooked hunk of crusty horror. You're the worst. I was in the other place last week and a woman who brought her order through the app was in tears because she messed up a large number of pizzas for her children's birthday so badly. Someone should turn this place off, that's terrible. 0/10

1 pizza ordered, told us it would take 10 minutes. It was 30-40 minutes and wait for it. Don't waste your time at this point.

Usually this is a great place and is my store. Today, however, it was such an unprofessional environment. I went in to play music loud. What really doesn't matter to me, but I could say that other waiting customers were unpleasant. Two people noticed me at the counter and just went away. The service was mediocre. I'll come back, but hopefully next time it doesn't feel like a circus.

Pizza was good. Customer service needs lots of assistance. No pizzas available unless you order online. They had a plain pizza available, and asked for them to throw in a dipping sauce since they have nothing else available. They tell me that I have to pay extra ..then say that they are short staffed and that it isn't their fault for not having pizzas. And this is the customers fault?
