Great price, decent food, but don't count on hot and ready actually being available

Staffs always nice when I go, the food is great for the price. Especially if you're getting there classic or thin crust. Place is also clean. Just a good cheep pizza chain, can't go wrong.

Quick, good price, and the sauces just add to the flavor, especially the Buffalo Ranch! It's all good and the service at this location is reliable and friendly.

Ordered crazy bread x2 online 7p Wed eve, was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. Waited an hour. They prioritized pizza orders over my crazybread order. Never coming back here again. A true model of inefficiency!

I ordered 1 pizza, 1 order of cheese bread, and a dessert at 6:26pm. The app said it'd be ready from 6:51-6:56pm. I left the store at 7:35pm to go get dinner for my kids elsewhere (they made $20 though). Around 7:45pm I got an alert that our food was done. We were already at home, eating the second dinner I paid for. Unfortunately, I think the new ownership will run this into the ground. I hope I'm wrong.
