Bidrage med feedbackJongga Jip is the only Korean restaurant that I know of that serves 9-10 different types of dishes accompanied by banchan (side dishes) (created! lol). I tried the haejangguk spicy pork bone soup, which was delicious. The soup is apparently a hangover cure, with a great broth (you can also request it mild if you're not a fan of spicy). The meat was tender and fell right off the bone. We also enjoyed the BBQ (samgyupsal and galbi), pork short ribs, Korean fried chicken (KFC), haemul sundubu jigae (spicy tofu stew), spring rolls, and gyeran-jjim (steamed eggs), which were complimentary because we ordered the BBQ. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning.
I had an amazing dining experience! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch!
They offer a variety of delicious local dishes at this restaurant. I really enjoyed their fishcake, pickled cucumbers, and kimchi. The Korean BBQ is also tasty, and it's great that the dining area isn't too smoky. The beef rib fingers and ox tongue are quite delicious as well. We also tried the plum wine, which was beautiful and sweet. The portions are generous, but they are accommodating to those who prefer less spicy food by offering options with less chili.
Nice.
