Coffee#1 - Eastleigh

The coffee and cake were delicious, but the staff seemed overwhelmed with clearing tables and resorted to using take-out cups and plates due to being short-staffed, which was not ideal.

I stopped by this morning and was greeted by two very nice guys who served me. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and they made my morning much better. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Well done, guys, and keep smiling!

This restaurant used to be great, but it has declined recently. I was disappointed to see that the staffing problems have not been resolved, as I was given disposable cups for my takeaway order due to shortages. This establishment needs to improve in order to regain its former reputation.

Quality of coffee fine but service which has always been slow, was very disappointing today. Our food had yet to be delivered after 15m and when I chased it up, it had been completely forgotten about. The annoyance is not one of the three staff apologised. Some customer service training required and certainly they have lost our custom.

Got to say things have been looking up and up which is great. Hopefully the staff shortage issue can be sorted. Love this place as my weekend go to place. Even though we still wish one in Winchester existed.
