Golden Pizza - East York

This restaurant is quite disappointing. To begin with, the crust tastes like it was thawed from frozen and is very stale, similar to eating cardboard.

I had my second experience ordering takeout pizza from Golden Pizza. The staff was welcoming, the service was fast, and the ambiance inside was pleasant.

We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian pizza and cold beer served in chilled glasses at this restaurant. The small patio in the back was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy during the summer.

I drove from the restaurant several times over 18 years and never ordered them. Finally I thought I was adventurous and I ordered her pizza, pommes, BBQ wing combo, WOWW! Why did I wait so long? Big pizza with everything on it, the best deep fritted fries, like Montreal, and great saucy wings. So much for the low calorie diet, definitely worth a second order soon.

Great Pizza, great soulvaki, great lamb chops. Tucked in a quiet area of north broadview with parking for about 5 cars in the back. Decent decor and ok patio out back but what really makes this place great is the food and friendly service for...an excellent price!
