Quality of the chicken and how it is spiced is going downhill. Please go back to following the chipotle recipe for seasonings.

Way too spicy... weve had plenty of times in the past but this time was so insanely spicy we couldnt eat. Not sure if recipes changed or some one had a heavy hand, but we will not be order again for a long time

It was so bad. I don't know how it's possible to mess up a quesadilla but it was so awful. the tortilla was very hard and brittle and it was oily and nasty. The chips and queso/guac/salsa were fine, but what good is that if the entrée is not edible. I definitely wouldn't order again.

My steak was mainly fatty the chips were super stale .

Shrinkflation has hit Chipotle worse than any other store. It costs $20 for a burrito, and they are a third of the size they used to be and that's not surprising given the article that was just published that caught chipotle employees using half spoons for online orders. I ordered a barbicoa burrito with extra barbicoa and I had to go searching for the meat. Will absolutely not order from Chipotle online again
