Great Jollibee location! Plenty of seating. Friendly employees. All your favorite joy foods. Inside one of the largest malls in America. Good prices. Fast service! Plastic straws and plastic bags! Yes, i am one of the people that believe straws should be plastic or plant based plastic and not paper, so thank you for keeping the straws plastic instead of soggy paper! The plastic bags are super convienient! Any spills of sauces, juices, or drinks will be safely contained in plastic bags or plant based plastic bags! Much much better than leaky and weak paper bags. So a huge thank you to Jollibee for keeping both! And the bags here are FREE unlike the price gouging Jersey City location that actually charges the customers for a bag!?! Great fried chicken. Food is fresh and delicious. The lines are long. This place is very popular and it is worth the wait. The crowds are huge and the line is always long. There are plenty of tables to eat your food.

Crunchy and moist chicken! Definitely a must try! I got the chicken tenders and the chicken was great quality, and the breading was nice and crispy. My mashed potatoes could have been a bit warmer though. My whole family enjoyed their meals, from chicken sandwiches, to the fries and chickenjoy.

The staff was very friendly and chicken joy is worth the wait! The last time I had jollibee was 16 years ago in south east asia, boy it?s so good to have them here. Chicken joy batter is perfect and the spices are delicious, permeated to the chicken meat. Banana Langka pie was a limited time special.

My first time trying Jollibee ever! All thanks to National Fried Chicken Day and a 10 pc for $10 deal from Jollibee. I was a little iffy about this location at first since it only had three stars but reading them now, it seems like the long waits are because people ordered in person. We ordered ahead on the app on a Sunday at around 1 and had no issues. We did have to wait maybe 5 minutes for our order, but it wasn't too bad. We had the spicy 10 pc. It had a great flavor and was still hot and crispy even with a half hour drive home! But it was a bit too salty. I would say it's definitely saltier than KFC/Popeye's (although I haven't had those in years). We also ordered extra gravy, not knowing it already came with gravy and ended up with 3 big cups of it. I know it's so bad for you but it was so good. Next up, we had the Jolly Spaghetti. I feel like this is either something you hate or your love. I'd never tried any version of it before but I knew it would be sweet. I actually really liked it, but I also enjoy banana ketchup, which is what it reminded me of. I didn't love the smokiness of the hot dogs but I would still 100% order this again. Then, we heard great things about the peach mango pie so we had to get that too. The crust was great, but the filling was meh. It's just overly sweet artificial peach goop. I don't recall tasting any mango. Overall, I had a great first time Jollibee experience. Next time, I'll try the halo halo (they didn't have it at this location) and the chicken sammie. Sunday at 1 order ahead, fried chicken day
