The South Cliffe Restaurant Bar

We visited this restaurant with family from Bridlington and were all well taken care of. We were seated in a quiet back room where we could enjoy each other's company comfortably. The chairs may not have matched, but they were very comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the building was clean, though a bit outdated. We enjoyed drinks here on multiple occasions and had a hearty breakfast on our last morning. The breakfast was large and good value, served with a fantastic pot of tea. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and we will definitely be returning to eat here again next time we are in Bridlington. The staff were friendly and talkative.

If you want cheap drinks then this is the place to go but I wouldn't recommend as a place to stay. The staff were nice enough but the rooms are very dated and not very clean.

Breakfast was excellent, good choice, served by happy cheerful staff, treated as equal whether as hotel resident or just for breakfast

We have been coming here for years and love it,we have a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea ,good home cooked food and very good breakfast,lovely and clean and the staff are so nice and friendly,it’s like home from home,we see the...same staff and they are like one happy family,the young lass that we saw last week even carried our cases up for us,Joan who owns it is lovely ,couldn’t be better and we can’t wait till we come back in two weeks,thank you everyone for making our stay really enjoyable once again xxx Kitty and Mick Maloney room xx

Friendly staff loverly spacious clean room with a beautiful balcony sea view looking at the sea .Breakfast was spot on.
