Krystal - East Ridge

The East Ridge location is fantastic - they cook the food right in front of you, so it's always served hot and fresh.

I believe the drive-thru should be open 24 hours. The lights were on and I saw a car in the parking lot, but no one acknowledged me after I spoke for 10 minutes. It was a waste of time, so I won't be eating at Krystal. I never receive good service here, so why bother even trying.

Order 12 burgers (bag full) no cheese. Another 7 with cheese and 2 pommes. Only 12 burgers. Asks the employee that the order was not correct. She argued back... great place

Customer service is good, but food is not so much. How to cook 24 pack Krystal's and then service 5 of them with only one side of the bungalow in package. I have never seen worse food quality, and if I hadn't lived 35 minutes away, I would have gone back to pay back, and who needs to refund a crystal?

I just came from there and they got all 3 of my drinks wrong and most of all my krystals wrong too I got half no pickle and the other with well most of all them had none and then I heard the lady at the window say she didnt care cause shes going home anyways ?
