Wharf on the Point - East Perth

After deciding to not eat at Ku De Ta because the seating was not appropriate for us 'mature" diners, we took a table outside this new restaurant and enjoyed a excellent cup of coffee...( took a couple of attempts to get it correct for one of my party)but for the rest of us it was good quality.We chose some salt and pepper squid,soft-shelled crab dishes and omlettes with smoked salmon and asparagus.The food came really quickly and was well presented and tasty Everyone thoroughly enjoy their meal It was nice to see they offer an all day breakfast with a nice variety of dishes We were able to sit in their outside area because the weather was cloudy but fine..... thankfully The whole environment of this huge complex was a delight to see, so many options to dine and being near the river was great Staff were very courteous and came to check after our meals that all was good .... and it was There is good parking nearby which is always plus

Mum ordered the gnocchi here and I had serious food envy, it is absolutely amazing! I got the seafood paella (pictured) which was really great and the serving sizes are very generous. Also tried the pavlova (also pictured) for dessert which was another generous serving and also delicious.The gnocchi is definitely worth coming back for though, it was one of the best dishes I have ever tried.

Went for lunch and was it absolutely delicious !! Had the lunch special Tandoori Chicken Salad and the serve was massive and only $15.50 !!!! The other ladies I went with loved their meals as well and all were very reasonably priced, very large serves and wonderful presentation. Great variety of food and alcohol was standard pricing too.Highly recommend !!!

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch for four. Fish and chips, chicken parmigiana and two fish of the day, barramundi. All meals were very good, well priced and hot, something some restaurants forget that diners like to have...a hot meal on a hot plate.It's not BYO and whilst the beers are well priced, th wines at, on average, $12/13 a glass are well overpriced compared to many other places.Have money ready for the expensive council parking fees at the only parking nearby.

The BEST steak sandwich I've eaten in years. Good tender steak cooked to perfection with NO fat or gristle. So you could bite into it without having to worry about any surprises. The generous fillings complemented the steak.
