Bidrage med feedbackI've been to this location a few times; out of the ten or so times I've been, they've maybe got it right twice. Today I went and while I was ordering in the drive-through, I told the lady that I wanted the bacon on the side for my hot honey chickensandwich, she told me it didn't come with bacon. I told her that I've had it before and it does, and that the menu on the screenshows that it has bacon. We had a back and forth for a minute, before she finally asked a co-worker and they confirmed it did.But yet, the bacon was still on the sandwich. And barely any honey for some reason. They also gave me both the drinks I orderedwith ice when it was supposed to be without (not a big deal, but) The biggest thing was that I ordered two kids meals, whicharen't super cheap. The toys weren't included, and I had to go into the store after to let them know, at which point they tellme they're out of toys. I don't blame them for being out, but why wouldn't they tell me when I ordered the meals? Worse theydidn't even include the milk (or any drink) it their bags. I would've just gotten a cheap order of fries and chicken nuggetsinstead if it wasn't going to include half of what it was supposed to. But yeah, they normally get the order wrong. Make sureyou check your bags before you leave the drive-through
The food was barely warm. The fries had been sitting forever. The service all around from employees was far from professional. The wait time is ridiculous. No eat in (inside) access. Very poor service! I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommendanyone to.
The drive-thru isn't ideally located, but the staff does an excellent job of keeping the line moving. The $5 biggie bag deals offer great value for the money. The service comes with a smile!
While I was waiting, I decided to check the food, as I wasn't feeling optimistic about getting the order right. We received the wrong size fries and were missing an item. We eventually got what was missing and left. However, when we opened the burgers at home—which I hadn't checked before leaving—it turned out they were wrong, too. We specifically ordered the Pub burger for the pretzel bun, and if they had informed us they were out of buns, I might have chosen something else. Instead, we got regular buns, and one burger that was meant to be without onions had them in it. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this location.
I would not recommend visiting Wendy's during the evening hours unless you're okay with potentially waiting 30 to 45 minutes in the drive-thru for your food. As a Dasher, I've decided to stop accepting delivery orders from any Wendy's in the evenings. While they claim that food is made to order, I often see them pulling burgers from a warmer. It's hard to understand why this process takes so much longer compared to other fast food places. There really isn't a valid reason for the excessively long wait times at Wendy's.
