Favorite Chicken And Ribs

Was looking forward to trying this takeaway. When ordered was advised on wait time 40-65 miniutes which was fine. Kept an eye on deliveroo website and tracked order. Got notification that they were here but no knock on the door good outside, called the takeaway who were less than helpful and quite rude, their response was call deliveroo as it is their driver no offer of replacement or apology. For this reason I give less than 1*.

I ordered food for my family but the order was cancelled by the restaurant. I rang to enquire why and was told there were no drivers to deliver. This was completely understandable but they took the payment from my account leaving me with no money to order a replacement meal. I rang to enquire and was told the money would be refunded immediately. After waiting 10 minutes i checked my account and nothing had been refunded. When i rang again my call was left to answerphone and after leaving a message i had no response. Hungry family, not happy......

Me and my new girlfriend went here for dinner and we orded the ribs they were really nice howeber they were coved in sticky stuff would recommend just don't bust a nut after you've eaten this because it will get mixed in with the sauce

The chicken wing was cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. When I sent a picture to complain they said it was the spicy marinade that caused it to be pink. Look at the picture and decide for yourself?

My guy hooked us up with free chips and ribs what a legend, they were delicious and the ribs were sticky and tender
