Panda Express - East Mesa

I came to this panda and found literal BUGS in my food I found 5 bugs crawling around in my chicken I used to go here every single week and now I just realized I been eating BUGS never go here.

Food is okay here but the service absolutely sucks. If you guys are running out of food how about replenish it before a lunch rush rather than leaving one serving in the pan then telling the customer they have to wait while you just plated up the rest of their food… I’m not going to wait 8 min for chicken to be made while my food is getting cold.. the girl working this morning was super unfriendly and even moreso when I declined to donate… The answer will always be no, Panda Express is worth billions they can do the donating if they want. Will not be back to this location.

Just grabbed food here the first time. Not a good experience compared to other Panda Express. Beef broccoli and the broccoli was super hard, they mistaked the order on another plate. When I went back to get the order corrected, the big guy acted like he couldn 't hear me and asked me what do I want. I just said well my order is wrong is it possible to get it corrected and he went and grabbed the smallest to go box and gave me the meat again I noticed it was wrong after I got back home.

Alexa is great every time I go in. Food is always fresh.

They dont give that much food. You dont get your moneys worth. They always forget to put sauce for the egg rolls. Cant eat eggrolls without sauce. The chowmein came out good this time. A couple times before Ive seen it burnt.
