Bidrage med feedbackThey got my order wrong. Went back in and asked them to correct it. They said they would remake my order the correct way. Got half way home only to find out they made my order wrong again. Call the corporate hotline asking for a refund and all they can do is send transfer me to the store which no one picks up.
Should not advertise hot and ready from 4-8 when you have a 10 minute wait. Last time I wait.
Called in ahead about 10 minutes, and the pizza was coming out of the oven when I was walking in the door.
I don't know why I even try anymore. The last time I ordered from Little Caesars it came out this way as well. But this time I ordered it well done. I knew my pizza was going to be greasy. I didn't realize it was going to be not cooked. Completely doughy and chewy in the middle. Both my breadsticks and my pizza were undercooked.Once again Little Caesars has earned the title Worst Pizza in the Valley. Not even for how cheap it is, is it worth it.
I'm slightly torn on this review. Last night we were in a hurry and decided to grab pizza as an easy meal. We ordered 1 regular pepperoni, 1 thin crust pepperoni and an order of crazy bread. I ordered on the app and my wife picked it up on the way home. Upon opening it at home we realized there was no thin crust. I called to speak to the manager and to his credit Collin was extremely polite and understanding. The reason was they ran out of dough for the thin crust so they substituted for a regular crust. What I struggle the most with is lack of communication. Again when I reached out Collin was excellent and polite. However why would they not either contact me via phone or ask my wife when she paid and picked it up if a substitution to regular would be ok. It's petty but I feel like they just tried to play it off and see if we would notice instead of heading the situation off before it became a situation just by communicating.
