El Pollo Loco - East Mesa

Chicken was dry and tough, tasted old. Pinto beans not cooked long enough.

I'm a huge fan of the original Pollo Bowl. I make two meals out of it and is always filling!

Drive thru tonite. Have not been in one since California 5 years agoVery disappointing. Almost no chicken on my 3 piece meal!. I won't go back

Drive tru, chicken, avocado burrito, very little chicken, and more beans and rice, small burrito for 12 taxI was not satisfied!Why they are so stingy when it comes to food, they need to understand, we may not go back, cooks are so ....We are not paying 5dlWhere was the chicken ????

I came through the drive thru a couple days ago in the evening and the entire team working were working together on getting things ready to close while preparing the food I ordered. It was awesome to see the team laughing, having fun, and proactively working together while who I am guessing was the manager was giving them praise on the great day they had today and awesome job they were doing. Everyone inside was focused and moving while enjoying each other. This gets missed so much in the everyday hussle and it made my day just being by the drive thru window and overhearing and seeing everyone knocking things out and upbeat together. This was my first time stopping at an El Pollo Loco and the food was some of the best as well. Definitely have to recommend this location and the team. Great food and positive energy environment. I will be coming back in the future. Keep up the awesome work. It makes a huge difference.
