Carvel - East Meadow

The restaurant was great. It was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The parking availability was also sufficient.

Carvel is a fantastic ice cream shop with delicious treats. The interior is great, the milkshakes and ice cream cones are tasty, and the staff is very friendly, including the owner. The only downside is that it was once very crowded, causing a wait of at least 30 minutes. However, they offer a buy one, get one free deal which is a great perk!

Did not get the names of the young lady who helped us, but she was amazing. in a time when it is hard to find good customer service, this young lady went beyond and beyond to support my wife and I. she answered all our questions, was patient and understanding and also tried to sell a lost art in sales....oh and the ice was also good.

The owner was so nice and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure my (very last minute) cake order was done properly with all the details i asked for. Their store is very clean and neat. All their staff members were extremely polite. I honestly recommend this store.

This Carvel always has the freshest tasting cakes ice cream.We pass all the other Carvels from Merrick because they also practice the best safety precautions as well to protect everyone.
