Marmaris - East Lothian

I used to love this restaurant for its pizza, especially because my daughter is quite picky and they always made it just the way she liked it with little sauce and cheese. However, since the new owners took over, the quality has gone downhill. They no longer offer thin crust pizza and cannot accommodate special requests. There have been multiple issues with the food lately, such as tasteless sausage and small portion sizes. Today, I had a bad experience with soggy pizza and unpleasant sausages. Even if they had remembered to add sauce and salt, it wouldn't have saved the bland chips. I regret not checking the day before ordering, as this experience was a total disappointment. I will not be returning and suggest not wasting your money here. My £19 went straight in the bin.

Do not dine at this restaurant. The pizzas were as bland as cardboard, the fried mushrooms tasted like old tea bags, and the donner meat had a sour taste. The salad had an odd flavor as well. Overall, the experience was 100% terrible and I will not be returning. They should be closed down.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mamaris. I was charged £36 for a cold, cardboard-like pizza and soggy chips. This is not the quality that I have come to expect from Mamaris. Despite my disappointment, they did not offer a refund. This will be the last time I order from Mamaris.

Ordered food for the Family at 8.00pm said it would be around an hour. 1.5hrs later I called them for an update, they advised me that it left about 10 mins ago and should be with you any time. 2 hrs passes so I called them back to cancel the order they said I cant cancel as its the drivers fault. Terrible customer service will never use them again they couldn't care less about the customers. There are far better places in Haddington for takeaway food that care about the customer.

Ordered food to be delivered it arrived 90 minutes later , cold , not as ordered and missing juice, the driver wasn’t interested and when we phoned the shop they said next time they would give us free juice . But what am I meant to eat tonight???? And if you order on the app you can’t tell them about tonight so you won’t get free juice anyway!
