Poké Lab - East Lansing

This contribution is to let people know that poké lab is open again. I'm just waiting for my lunch so I can't comment on that yet, but I see numerous contributions that say they're closed. I don't know when they're reopened, but now they're open. there are up-to-date hours Monday to Friday morning to 8 o'clock so if you waited for how I come here you can now.

A really excellent healthy alternative to the usual lunch. this is essentially a bowl of fresh vegetables and beef, rice or salat together with some fresh raw fish. they can choose any combination of ingredients that they want from a complete selection. a little like subway just much better and more interesting. especially I like the poke burrito with fish, sweet and a seaweed.

Wonderful! it is great that east lansing has such a special place! bingsoo was delicious! it was more than enough to share with my friend after eating. the service was very friendly and the decor is so beautiful and modern. very clean. love, this place cannot wait to go back!

Fresh, delicious they build their own poke shells and burritos. I only wish they offered mixed greens for an salate basis. all they have is iceberg salad. I'll be back.

I really liked this place, but I've only been there once!!! I've driven out probably five times since then hoping they've opened back up, their online hours say open but when you get there all the light are off and the sign says closed. Does anyone know when they're going to be open again?
