Today I placed an online order for pizza via Grubhub from this establishment, and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady who handed me the pizza seemed clearly unhappy about the fact that I had ordered through Grubhub. While I understand that some businesses may have issues with food delivery platforms, it's important to remember that they choose to partner with these companies to expand their customer base. If they have concerns about Grubhub, perhaps they should reconsider their partnership or address their issues with the platform rather than expressing their dissatisfaction to customers. In terms of the food itself, the pizza was chewy and dry, but the negative attitude from the staff left more sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I believe that if a restaurant chooses to work with food delivery companies, they should maintain professionalism and courtesy toward customers, regardless of how the order was placed.

Ordered a Sub and pizza from here pizza was slightly burnt and sub looked thrown together meat looked barely cooked. Nasty looking Tomatoes thrown on top? I love their pizza. I haven’t had a bad experience, yet. I used to order from Giulio’s but have made this my favorite pizza stop when I want something that is local, instead. With that being said, yesterday I ordered a Chicken Parm sub that was horrible. The chicken was dried out, hard to chew and tasted like it was cooked in dry old and bitter grease. The sauce was not tasty, as well. If you could step up the subs to match the quality of the pizza, I’ll love you forever. 4 stars for the pizza 0 for the sub.
