Pizza - East Hartford

My family has been getting pizza from here for some time. I must say it has been good, just order a large two wks back pizza was extra hot, soft at all the right places. But we just order a big pizza that was garbage. I know you gave us an old pizza, so your review is what it's okay. Not like you take care of your customers who spend money with you. Oh, yes, if you add a better website music, the fact does not change.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Waited over an hour for my delivery. Called up and they said they never printed the ticket because it was ordered online. WHAT? Why have an online system if it doesn't work. Epic-fail.

When I called the person on the phone took my order very easily. we didn?t have to wait that long on a Saturday around 4pm and the pizza was well and sufficiently topped and we used a coupon from old menu and they honored the coupon. My girlfriend and I were very happy for first time ordering. Update Aug 2022 I called to order a salad that I?ve ordered five or six times the girl on the phone told me they don?t even make that salad also the salad that we did get were very wet like a swamp. So I don?t know what has happened over the last few months but things have gone downhill.

Do not order from this place I ordered food and I live 7 minutes away I ordered at 9pm and I did it because I was on my way home from work an hour and a half away I ordered for delivery and it is currently 10:16 and my food still isn't here worst customer service ever stay away they don't care about customers only the money they take from your bank account

Let?s start off by saying they have the worse costumer service. Starting from the guy who took our order, to even the delivery guy. The guy who took our order was so unprofessional and had no patience, we asked him only 2 questions about prices and he was already giving us a attitude, and wanting to hang up on us. Not only was it a struggle to get our order in but then after waiting an hour to get it delivered, our order was wrong and we didn?t get what we asked for and to top it all off the food was poorly made.
