Bidrage med feedbackMy family and I decided to try out this Indian restaurant on a Wednesday night after visiting a relative nearby. As we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff and the inviting atmosphere. The food exceeded our expectations - we tried the chicken Madras, which was deliciously spicy, as well as some appetizers. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It's conveniently located just minutes away from the A3.
I had been wanting to try out this restaurant after hearing great reviews about the food. However, I found that we had to constantly ask for items and, although the service was fast, we ended up leaving feeling disappointed. While most of the dishes were tasty, some of the main courses were lacking flavor. We ended up ordering too much food and asked if we could take the leftovers home. However, we were given a bag and containers to pack it ourselves, which I found a bit unusual, so we ended up leaving it behind. I'm not sure if I would return, but the restaurant was decent enough.
The service and food at this restaurant were incredible! I enjoyed a large Kingfisher beer, served in a ice-cold glass. The amazing onion bhaji was followed by delicious chicken tikka with pulau rice.
Wish they had a wider choice on the menu though what we did have to eat was great well cooked, tasty and good portion size. Definitely one to go to again to eat out though for a takeaway we'd probably order from somewhere with a wider choice.
It’s a regular favourite for us. Nepalese not Indian but it’s very recognisably similar. I’ve been eating Indian food for over half a century, and lived there many years ago. This place is lovely, the front of house team is charming and the food to look forward to. Please try to ignore complaints about the take away/delivery service. This review is about the restaurant. Go and sit there and order and eat. Enjoy. It’s good up in In
