Starbucks - East Gwillimbury

Small location inside Longos, not a great deal of selection but staff are friendly, service is excellent and the coffee hits the caffeine deficient part of my frontal lobe.

Rating based on the service: the barista Mackenzie did not take my name, did not scan my longos card, did not provide a receipt. The customer service was inconsistent. I observed as she offered different people different service. She asked some ppl for their names, others she asked if they had a Starbucks rewards card. I'm not sure if she felt rushed? Maybe she was having an off day. Normally the service is excellent.

Worst starbucks ever. I've ordered brownsugar oat shaken espresso at other locations and there a full venti. This location dosent make it and tells me thats how its made which it isn't as I've been drinking them since they came out. Horrible customer service and they wouldn't fix it for me.

Hours say they open at 8am.. Went in and it's 812 and no one is there. Glad I drove here. Happy Sunday.

Had to wait for more than 10min for a very simple of menu order. I didn't make a fuss about it as I find that Starbucks staff has less and less training in customer service.
