We vist this place for lunch on a regular basis. Service has always been good, food on time and most times the manager comes around to make sure everything is good.
I went in for lunch / late afternoon meal. The restaurant may as well be an aircraft hanger. It is wide open, with high ceilings and sports blaring on TVs all over the place. I did not expect a nice relaxing atmosphere, but I did not expect bedlam either. There were not many patrons, but there were families with children, who as we find too often see a restaurant visit as an opportunity to let the little villains run amok and exercise no control of the kids. That is enough to tell me that I have made a mistake, but the poor service, bland food, small and fatty wings, and prices inconsistent with what was delivered informed me that this location is not my kind of place. I do not recommend it, but others may find it absolutely ideal, particularly those who are excited to allow their children to run about like rats.
The wings are fantastic at BWW and there are so many TVs that you'll never miss a game. Great place for families, friends or couples.
I have never given a restaurant a bad review -- but his is my first. I ordered Nachos, they were so bad, I sent them back (also a first for me). Nachos should be served warm with real cheese spread throughout. These were served cold and they used a cheese sauce which was also cold. I ordered chicken tenders, which were overcooked. So much food was being sent back from our table (there were 11 people) that the manager came out to apologize. I hope they take heed from our comments. Way too many TVs which make it hard to have a conversation.
