Auntie Anne's - East Greenville

I ordered pretzel nuggets for $8 and when I got to my car, I tried one and immediately realized they were hard and cold. I went back inside Auntie Anne's to let the older woman who took my order know that the nuggets were old and not fresh. I simply wanted a replacement, but instead, she accused me of leaving for an hour. Once she understood that I had just purchased them, she claimed that pretzels aren’t good after 10 minutes. She refused to give me a replacement, so I ended up throwing the nuggets in the trash right in front of her. They were inedible. I have been a loyal customer of Auntie Anne's my whole life and have never experienced an issue until today. I will not be returning to this location, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid it as well. It’s not surprising, considering the place is always empty when I visit the Walmart where it's located.

I didn't receive my order correctly, even though there were very few options available and I only requested three items.

I'm really disappointed that every single time I order pretzels from here, they end up being as hard as a rock.
