Auntie Anne's - East Greenville

If I could leave a zero I would the pretzels are always old and hard. You would think a five dollar pretzel would be good.

I purchased pretzel nuggets and they were $8. Walked out to my car from this establishment and ate one pretzel nugget. Right away I noticed they were hard and cold. I walked back into the auntie Anne's and let the older lady that took my order know that the nuggets she sold me are old and cold. All I wanted was a replacement but she accused me of leaving for an hour, and when she realized I just bought them she then proceeded to say that pretzels are no longer good after 10 mins. She refused to give me a replacement so I threw them away in the trash in front of her. They were not edible. I have bought auntie Anne's my entire life, never have I ever had a problem until today. I will never return to this location and tell everyone I know to never go here. This shouldn't be much of a surprise, they are always empty whenever I go to the Walmart that they are located in.

Did not get my order right when there's like very limited options and I asked for 3 things...

We love to go out. Last night we went to this superb place which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely time there with high-qulity food and an experienced team and an impressive cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we shall surely go again soon. We warmly recommend.

It's so disappointing that EVERY SINGLE time I get pretzles from here they are hard as a rock..
