Panera Bread - East Glenville

Food was ok. The pastries were stale, but it was the afternoon.It's the filthiest, most run down Panera I have ever been to. Maybe stick to the drive thru. It's time for a remodel, Panera. For those prices, y'all need to actually maintain your stores.

The workers are the most rudest workers I’ve ever came they leave you standing in front of your counter. I have yet to walk into this place and have a DoorDash ready for pick up . close to 3000 orders i have taken from different places and have waited at this more and the longest that i have ever waited. just went in there today for an order spent over 15 minutes in there waiting for the order and the lady didn’t even bother to tell me that they put it up. That’s how great the workers are in this place that’s how much they care about the customers in this place, that’s how much they care about their paychecks. I’m pretty sure the manager really needs to do something about this because now I am calling DoorDash support and making sure they are fully aware of the situation because I’m sick of itVegetarian options: they have plenty of veggie mealsDietary restrictions: they say they have food for everyone but I would definitely check the nutritional facts on things that we wouldn’t trust them to know what they’re talking aboutWheelchair accessibility: u can when you’ve wheelchair in here, there’s no steps, but again I would rethink about bringing anybody special in here because these people are rude

The staff is friendly. The food is great. The restaurant inside is clean.

Dropped in to get some baked goods for dessert after dinner, picked up one of the pumpkin sugar cookies, a lemon drop cookie, a blueberry muffin, and a cinnamon bun.The sugar cookie was great, just sweet enough but not overwhelming which you might expect from the frosting. The lemon drop on the other hand was just pure sugar, where was the lemon? Need to add some zest to that. The cinnamon bun was pretty disappointing, with a really thick glaze on top not meant to be thick, tasted like sugar water, while the bread was just dry and rather bland.Ended up too full to get to the blueberry muffin, but I was able to foist it off on my old man who always likes a good berry muffin.

I just stopped by for a bagel and cup of coffee. The garbage cans are overflowing with garbage. Also the floors were littered with debree. Clearly the manager isn't managing and the employees are not doing there job. Place is disgusting.
