Great guy last night, explained dishes and took the time to listen to what we liked. Best dishes and now firm regulars. Food was excellent. King prawn black bean in noodles and garlic and chilli king prawns were 2 amazing dishes. Thank you

I think i will feed it to my dogs but it might upset their tummies. £54, i may aswell have bought scrathcards and lost that way. The non salty and peppery chicken wing must taken from a new born chick, the crispy chilli beef was as spicy asa bottle of tomato ketchup, kung po pork looks like a pig swimming in cashew nuts, not worth wasting any more words on the rest of the dishes. What a waste of money but more to the point now ive got to cook at home. Strongly recommend avoing this place.

My family and I have been to New Panda multiple times and have never been let down. The food is always delicious, quick service, and great value.

We attempted to place an order over the phone and pay with a card, but were informed that only cash payments were accepted for delivery. This resulted in us missing out on a purchase of over thirty pounds. With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, one would have expected that card payment would have been a more convenient and safer option.

I attempted to place an order for chicken balls with curry sauce priced at £5.50, 2 orders of Peking soup for £6.20, and chips for £2.20, totaling £13.90. With an additional £1 delivery charge, the total came to £14.90. However, when I called to place the order, I was informed that the total was actually £15.90. Unfortunately, I only had £15.03 in my account, so I asked if I could just pay £15 for the food itself since delivery was supposed to be free for orders over £15 and I lived only 0.9 miles away. This request was apparently too much to accommodate. Overall, the customer service was lacking in quality.
