Bidrage med feedbackAlthough I am not a staff member of the restaurant, I kindly ask all guests to understand that when a restaurant is busy to the point of chaos and the chef is unable to cook the dishes in a timely manner, it is not the fault of the waitstaff. The waitstaff can only help expedite your order and allow you to dine as quickly as possible. Please be patient and wait for your food. I have worked as a restaurant server before, and there were times when I was the only server on the first and second floors, having to wash dishes and deliver food while dealing with difficult customers. It was a tough experience for me. When you call out for your food to be served hot, we are working hard, sweating, but have you ever seen how hard the staff is working? Sometimes this is just how dining times are. You can also consider booking a table or dining at a later time to avoid some of the unpleasant experiences. This is my experience in the restaurant industry for all guests to consider. Thank you.
Today I went out to eat and was worried about choosing the wrong restaurant. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised with the fresh dishes and friendly service at this place. It was clear that they were busy, but they didn't skimp on the service. I highly recommend this restaurant for its great value for money. However, it's difficult to make a reservation here. I hope the owner expands their business soon, as it's a great place for dining out with guests.
