Wow, just wow. We ordered a takeaway for delivery. Prompt delivery, however. The food was like somebody had chucked a whole lot of salt. Called, they picked back up and we got a refund. Never ever will we go there again. China Chef 100% has our business in Ottery

So bad, on a positive the food was prompt but the satay was slimy and bland and chicken balls soggy and having a thick nasty batter

Such a shame, used to rate this place very highly! Always gave them good custom with regular orders and large orders when family where round to visit. However we won’t be going back here ever again due to an order we made on NYE. We had pre ordered online and delivery came early, great we thought until my wife bit into her chicken meal and it was raw, we called up to let them know and the lady on the other end of the phone was helpful however her colleagues not so much, they couldn’t care a less or offer to replace the meal and told us just write a review so here it is. I won’t be giving them my custom ever again.

We ordered at 5.15pm to be told it would be a 45minute to an hour wait. At 7.30pm after an hour and 15 minutes after our original time told to turn up it arrived! Food was cold and disgusting.

Lovely food easy to order over the phone. We use this place quite a lot and the chicken balls are the best I’ve had in this area. The only small downside is them wanting cash, we don’t carry cash so going to the cash point can be a bit of hassle. Other than that, it’s a fab place!
