Rooms are small, just about fit a bed in, claustrophobic, couldn't swing a cat in it. It gets hot way too quick, although there is a fan provided makes loud noise because the room is so small. Middle of the night woke up to an awful smell of sewage (checked if if was pipe, it wasnt) and in the morning there was noone about to raise the issues. Restaurant was nice enough Ruby the waitress is a little gem. There was a lady walking round with a dog giving orders out to staff quiet abruptly ....... service although was slow myself and the husband didn't mind. Because of the size of rooms and the smell of sewage unfortunately we wouldn't return nor recommend. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 4

Never open !! Front door was open as they we checking in some guests so I tried to get served, how hard would it have been to serve one person with one drink whilst the barman manager is standing behind the bar checking guests in do they want to make a living, ? Service: 1 Location: 1

Real chips....food was amazing but they serve real chips Food drinks: Great food and service Service: 5 Location: 5
