I thought she did it. When the salat came, I saw that chicken pieces were on the salat. I told the server that I was asking for huh and speck on the side. he took the salate and came back later. I asked him if the salate was freshened, not only the hunch after mixing with the salat removed. I saw that he hesitated and said he would do it again. after some time the server came. I saw the chicken pieces on another dish, but I didn't see the speck. I said to my friend, I did not see the speck, could it be mixed in salat? Sure, I have seen several speck pieces on and in salat. I said the waitress, but she just said that she lets the guy know and no other measures were taken. I think if an order is required to a certain wise, it should be done as we are "the customers and we're paying for eating and tapping the personal. I also think that if an order is made incorrect, the responsibility of the employees should be to take care of it. they can eat it themselves, but I think that the customer does not have to eat the recycled version of the order that was made wrong. I have not eaten meat for over 18 years, and I will not eat meat because a restaurant has made my order wrong and the staff has not taken over responsibility for their own mistakes. I did not want to be labeled with a difficult customer so that not my salat actually made new, although I think I had every right to have made it new, as it was the mistake of the employee ' at red robin. we paid the salat and I don't even have a bit of it. red robin used to be my friend and my place to eat when we wanted to watch movies in the shopping center. from now on we will go somewhere else to eat, as I have seen the responsibility and unprofessionality of the employees there. I will not pay to eat a order that was made wrong, the most important of all I do not pay to eat at a place that would break my personal worth. my suggestion for people who adapt to their eating, especially those who are vegetarian or have food allergies, I think it would be better to make this place clear. risk not to have meat or allergic reactions, because orders are made wrong and back to them after the unwanted ingredients have already been selected after mixing with the food.
Sat barside, good service. went w/ one of my adult children my child were both compliant and happy with their orders. Eating was surprisingly still good, fresh and appealing. above all, although in recent times a decline of customers can be detected. new happy Hour menu has been explained, mo complaining food: 5/5
The fish in the fish chips was under-cooked. One of the staff talked loudly and sang whatever tune was playing on the sound system. Very annoying. Our waiter was very good though.
Red robin has great options. I'd give more stars but they haven't improved their bottomless fries service EVER! I got hardly any at first then the server put in like 6 more orders which all came out at once which is wasteful and not necessary. The banzai burger came out incorrect but edible enough to not send back.Would go back but I'm used to the issues I've mentioned. They happen at every red robin. Every time.
The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. I love the online ordering system. I could enjoy a quick well-made meal and take it home and share it with my wife. I love Red Robin!
