Torranyard Tandoori - East Ayrshire

My recent visit to Torranyard Indian, accompanied by another three adults, two children, and a baby, was overall a delightful experience. We had no trouble getting a table, and the staff were notably attentive throughout our meal. The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was delicious, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary skills that make Indian cuisine so appealing. However, we encountered a minor issue with the portion size of our large mixed pakora. When it arrived, the size seemed more appropriate for a smaller serving than the large ordered, prompting us to question it. To accommodate our group, we found ourselves needing to order an additional portion. While placing the initial order, we had mentioned our intention to share, so a heads-up from the staff about the portion size would have been appreciated, especially since it wasn’t sufficient for four adults. Aside from this small oversight, the service was excellent. The staff were responsive and attentive to our needs, contributing positively to our dining experience. It’s worth noting, though, that the pricing was a bit on the higher side. In summary, Torranyard Indian provided a lovely dining experience with great food and service. While there was a minor issue with the portion size of one dish, it didn’t significantly detract from our overall satisfaction. I would recommend this restaurant, keeping in mind the pricing and portion sizes for group orders.

Actually have no idea what the food tastes like as they don’t seem to answer the phone. After 20mins of trying I did finally get through only to be put on hold and the line then cut off. Another 20mins of trying and I gave up. So sorry 1 only.

I have visited this restaurant with my husband on multiple occasions and the food is consistently fantastic. There are plenty of vegetarian options available and the service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying meal. The restaurant is always bustling, which speaks to its popularity.

Now onto the food - everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. It was hands down the best Indian meal I have ever had. To top it off, the bill was very reasonable. We will definitely be returning when we are back at our caravan. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - it truly is top class.
