Tesco - East Ayrshire

I used to come to this restaurant with my grandparents almost every Saturday, but today will be our last visit. The manager seemed inexperienced and the cashier was incredibly slow. She even messed up the coffee order for the customer in front of us, serving a mug with barely any coffee in it. It took us 20 minutes to place our order, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. The cashier also made several mistakes with the payment. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which consisted of 4 slices of cold toast, overcooked tattie scones, and a disappointing roll and sausage. The service was so bad that we have decided to find another breakfast spot for our Saturday mornings from now on.

This is our fifth time visiting this year and you would think we would have learned from past experiences, but I have to say the wait time is truly terrible.

We had not visited the Tesco cafe in a while due to my mother's recent illness. Normally, the cafe is always bustling, so we didn't initially mind the wait. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I enjoyed my wrap with chips but my mother's panini was disappointing. It lacked cheese and only had one slice of cold meat. We used to enjoy coming to the Tesco in Kilmarnock for meals, but it seems like they are not adjusting well to the new 6pm closing hours.

Went there for lunch. Saw only three staff on duty. Cook looked very harassed and sawno food orders going out and as we had to wait 45 minutes for meal on previous occasion we decided on cold food. My wife chose a muffin. I asked for a ham and cheese sandwich but was offered only ham OR cheese kids sandwich. Mo apology. Won't be back!

Go in on a Monday after my hopistal. Went in just before 10 advised no eggs. So had sausage subsitiute. Also breakfast 2 hash browns and 1 potato scones would prefer bit of toast instead of 1 potato product.
