Tim Hortons - EAST AMHERST

Upon first glance, this restaurant may seem like just another Tim Hortons. However, what sets this particular location apart is the exceptional service provided by some of the friendliest and most enthusiastic staff I have ever encountered. It is worth visiting just for the overall experience, and the breakfast sandwich was delicious as well.

I received a completely burnt bagel at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and it seemed like the staff didn't care at all. The customer service was terrible. They made mistakes with my friend's order three times, and each time it took 5-10 minutes to make a new one. I will not be returning to this place again. The attached picture shows the final result after returning the bagel three times.

Warmly lighted friendly Tim Hortons on this corner of Transit Rd and Clarence Center Rd. Terrific crew! Reserved parking for Tim Hortons customers. What is more stays lighted until 10PM! Some locations start darkening the dining room somewhat earlier and lock the door around 9:30 or 9:45 and turn away valuable customers even though they're clearly marked as closing at 10 PM. I hope you can add more staff so you can all go back to pre-pandemic hours when all were open until exactly 10! This store is doing very well at keeping normal hours I understand you're all understaffed and hope your hiring drives are successful and your locations can serve hot food in the evening. I see many people leave without ordering because what they want isn't available. Drive thru and takeout available.

It's the same idiots working the drive thru window every morning. I had to see if they were really that dumb, and 1 order out of the whole week was correct. Your staff needs some serious training.

I always enjoy the pleasant and friendly staff at this restaurant. It's my favorite place to dine.
