Domino's Pizza - Ealing

I tried to order pizzas online but after waiting nearly 2 hours for it to be prepared, I decided to cancel the order. I made 3 attempts to contact the restaurant via telephone, only to be told that they were extremely busy and it would be at least another hour before delivery. I found it unacceptable that a pizza could take 2 hours before even being delivered. Additionally, the restaurant charged me upfront but I will have to wait 5 working days for a refund, which will likely be 7 days due to the weekend. This experience was a disappointment and ruined my evening with no dinner. The lesson learned is that if you want fast food, it's better to cook it yourself. Thank you.

I have ordered from this restaurant three times in the last two weeks because my kitchen is being renovated. It seems that the quality of the pizza depends on who is making it. The first time I ordered, it was fantastic with no hotdog slices on the pizza. The second time, I ordered a double sausage pizza with two sausage slices on each piece and double the cheese, which was very cheesy. However, the third time I ordered the same pizza, it only had four sausage slices on each piece and hardly any cheese. It was inconsistent. I would expect a chain like Domino's to have consistent portion sizes. It seems like one staff member is generous with the cheese while another is not. The business model needs to be reviewed and the staff should be trained to make the pizzas more uniform if they want to accurately predict costs.

First delivery guy was very nice, great customer service. Food wise, first the cookies were so good! Never had them before but i love them. Potato wedges were good. My partner's pizza was good, mine was good but a little overdone. Still better than the local pizza place on Gunnersbury Lane that lie on their review responses.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I feel like I deserve a refund because I was completely disappointed. I never received my food and I couldn't even find a way to file a complaint on their website. Although I enjoyed the pizzas, the overall service was horrible and the business model needs serious improvement. It was a terrible experience.

One of my favourite places to get takeaway. Never disappoints and always friendly staff. Next to service station so able to park.
