I came here for the first time after my work and Carissa made an amazing job to steer me in the right direction! She was super knowledgeable and the tea and protein combination together with the various other nutrient components met the place and was delicious! She was also super friendly! I'm back!

Moved to Eagle stumbled upon this place looking for a smoothie and got so much more! I love coming here and making it a part of my morning routine. Their shakes and teas are so yummy Trilife also makes it easy for me to count my macros and achieve my nutrition goals! Wonderful customer service always smiling and welcoming!

Always a friendly place to grab a delicious tea bomb or yummy post workout meal. My teenagers love it as well.

Best customer service ever! The lady who owns it is very nice and knows all the products well. They have a good selection of shakes and coffees and other health foods. Good POS system with regular coupons. Only complaint is the shakes are semi- healthy, containing lots of sugar. I would upgrade to 5 star if they got more organic and whole food shakes

Delicious! I loved my Oreo Protein Shake and it kept me for hours full! I'll be DEFINITELY back. I can't wait to try the 30 grams of protein waffles!! The staff was so sweet and even with me. This is a good customer service! Wow!
