Pastatively - Eagle

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Honestly! The staff was great and I'm so glad I came to visit here. I have a feeling that I will be back one day!

So happy we found this charming and friendly Italian house! Our server was super cool and set up with us to find the warmest seat. The food is amazing, the lasagna is a huge piece of delicious tomato sauce. The chicken marsala was perfect for my girlfriend and her whole 30 Esq diet. We have cleaned our plates and recommended to come here EVERYONE the food is secret and tasty and the mood is relaxed and warm.

In any case, a great Italian place led by what a family seems to be. Very humble place and very attentive to their guests. Large daily offers and a wide selection of wine. We were the first customers this Tuesday, so the owner gave us a free dessert on the house, very nice! Girlfriend may have gotten a little sick from the Auberginenparmesan. That said we agreed that it was the best eggplant parmesan we've ever had. Go!

What can I say? We live in Denver and first visited Pastativ in 2008 when I and my wife stayed at a nearby Eagle hotel. What an experience and effect that the visit to Pastatively had made, we enjoyed our evening some of the best Italian foods we had... in fact delicious, rich, but never to forget... the effects were so that we visited the mountains at any time, drove from Eagle, we made it a point to try to get a place at this always busy place for a meal and if that didn't work, we ordered to go back to eat! Our recent visit was checked by our children when we visited Vail but convened to wait (for us that Covid made it possible) and we decided to feed there. The experience we had 12 years ago when we first visited the place... Great service and great food! Children enjoyed every dish we ordered, and they even asked us to go a pinch of soup! they love is so much! Love the ambience, the staff, the service and of course the food! delicious! will visit again when we are around...

Great ambiance. Feels little a family owned Italian restaurant although I don't know the background. The dish I had tasted like someone had used fresh ingredients and complex flavors.prepared like someone who loves to cook. Highly recommend
