Shine Sushi Restaurant - Eagle River

It’s called Kim's Cuisine Asian Fusion Bistro now. Went for Mother’s Day and it was delicious! Very friendly excellent service. They even gave my mom a rose since it was Mother’s Day aww so sweet ! Definitely a good place to stop in for food if you are in ER.

My husband and I first ordered an gyoza appetizer. the gyoza was good but the same was horrible. It wasn't your typical gyoza sauce. It tasted like a beef broth. We told the waitress and she informed the chef and all they said was that's the way its supposed to taste. Then only one of our entrees came out, which was they typanakki beef. It also was horrible . The beef was filled with fat and gristle . We complained again and was told the fat was for flavor. Our other order finally came out about 20 minutes later which was shimp with Chili sauce. This was pretty good, but after the other two items we were ready to leave.. Oh and they did not take off the charge for the other items. I I could give one star I would! We will not ever return to this restaurant. .

A fantastic dining experience. I have had sushi all over the world and this was hands down the best. A clean well decorated environment with great service and great food!

Scrumptious. The menu is the largest of any Asian restaurant in Anchorage or Eagle River and remarkable; clean, modern and phenomenal service. The pork fried rice is perfect. Love the soups and fusion choices... Ambiance and deliciousness that make you want to keep coming back. Yum!!

Just left Jimmies Sushi, wanted to try a new place. I regret it, didn't even get a chance to order. Service is always great, and the sushi is amazing. ALWAYS SATISFIED!!! Thanks
